The Titans scored 3 runs in the first inning and added another in the third en route to the win. Coxsackie did not get on the board until the fifth inning when they scored a pair.
Kailynn Keeler racked up a triple and a run as the lead-off hitter for the Titans, while Kelsey Campbell added a hit and a run in the three hole. Elyse DeRuzzio went 1 for 3 with a double and 2 runs scored, and Nicole Havlik collected two hits on the day.
On the mound all-star junior pitcher Aleshia Link pitched a complete game three-hitter while striking out 18 and walking just one. Neither of the two runs given up by Link were earned. Of the Titans four runs, just one was earned.
Taconic Hills returns to action Tuesday, April 7, when they will host Chatham in their second Patroon Conference game of the season.
