For many children and teens in our rural county, the Columbia County Fair is the culmination of a many months of work and learning. It's their chance to show off the animals they've raised and the skills they've developed during the preceding year. To help showcase the achievements of Columbia County's 4-H members, ccSCOOP has invited Linda Earley and Kelly Ann Radzik, educators for Cornell Cooperative Extension, to send us reports from the fair. Columbia County 4-H is the youth development program of Cornell Cooperative Extension in Columbia County.
