UPDATE 04-24-09 - 6:20 p.m. - At 3:30 this afternoon, shortly before James Tedisco issued a statement conceding victory to Scott Murphy, the New York State Board of Elections posted a revised tally indicating that Murphy now has 80,420 votes and Tedisco 80,021. Murphy's lead at the time of Tedisco's concession was 399 votes.
