UPDATE 04-22-09 - 5:25 p.m. - Although no more paper ballots are scheduled to be counted until tomorrow in Albany, the New York State Board of Elections updated its tally this afternoon to reflect updated numbers received from Warren and Washington counties. As a result, Scott Murphy's margin increased by 92 votes, and he now leads by 365 votes. At 4 o'clock this afternoon, the totals are: Murphy 79,951; Tedisco 79,586.
