UPDATE 04-14-09 11:45 p.m. - The big news in the absentee ballot count this afternoon was, of course, the report that the Tedisco lawyers challenged Kirsten Gillibrand's absentee ballot, but aside from that, Dutchess County started reporting its paper ballot count and Delaware and Oswego began their count of military and federal overseas ballots. With those new numbers, at 4:00 this afternoon, Murphy continued to lead Tedisco by 47 votes. The totals are Murphy 77,982 and Tedisco 77,935.
