What makes alpacas such wonderful animals?

You can find out for yourself at the alpaca farms of Columbia County this weekend—September 27 and 28--during National Alpaca Farm Days.

A visit to Chatham Alpacas in Chatham Center or to Spruce Ridge Farm in Old Chatham will delight the entire family. At both farms, there will be activities going on all day.

The Empire Alpaca Association (EAA) will have its annual event this year at the State Fairgrounds in Syracuse on October 25 and 26. More than 800 alpacas will be entered in the show.
