What You'll Need:
1 1/2 tablespoons best-quality virgin olive oil
1/4 tablespoon red wine vinegar
15 to 20 quartered small ripe tomatoes (you can substitute cherry tomatoes)
1/2 to 3/4 cup basil leaves (make sure they're dry)
Salt
Mix oil and vinegar.
Add tomatoes and basil.
Toss.
Add salt to taste. |
