RECIPE : BAKED DELICATA SQUASH What You’ll Need: A sharp chef’s knife or cleaver 2 delicata squash Carefully cut each squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and membrane. Line baking pan with aluminum foil and place squash, cut side up, on the foil. Mix together the sugar, ginger, and dried orange peel. Sprinkle equal parts of the sugar mixture over the squash. Then dot with butter. Serves 4
