[CHATHAM, NY] - Rural life and the community are the focus of PS/21: Performance Spaces for the 21st Century’s 2010 theme “Celebrating Our Town.” Old favorites and debuts, singing, dancing, a little Thornton Wilder, and a lot of classic film all promote the common thread in PS/21’s fifth season which kicks off Friday, June 18th.

“We’re celebrating our fifth year by applying the small town community concept to the entire season,” said PS/21 president Judy Grunberg. “For example, we're keeping our popular Movie Tuesdays, but adding an additional week of films depicting views of village/small town life, and Dances for a Variable Population includes the community in the program.”
